Head’s Newsletter -24th November 2023

Dear parents and carers

Once again thank you to parents who have been supporting students with extra-curricular activities this week. We once again had amazing attendance at the Year 11 masterclass this week. We have also welcomed the new bronze cohort for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and had the pre-meet for the Holocaust trip to Poland that is upcoming. I look forward to being able to share news about this with you in the coming weeks.

Christmas Hamper Competition Time

With the festive season upon, we are holding our annual food hamper competition where we ask families to donate food items (tinned food, dried food, rice and grains, UHT milk or powdered milk, jams, and condiments), which will then be donated to the local food bank in time for Christmas. This is a form group competition for Years 7-10 and we anticipate a close competition across all the year groups! Donations must be made by December 15th and the winning form in each year group will receive house points and a festive prize!
