Northamptonshire Sports Awards

Congratulations to two of our students who were nominated and won awards in the recent “Northamptonshire Sports Awards”

Ella Jennings

Ella is a qualified Level 1 netball coach and assists the Level 2 coaches at both club and county. She leads age appropriate warm up and sessions as well as helping the club run tournaments. At the performance academy in Corby, she helps deliver sessions. She recently won a Golden Globe from England Netball for her commitment to the sport.

Maisie Summers-Newton

Maisie is currently ranked number one in the World for 100m Breaststroke, 200m IM and 400m Freestyle in her S6 classification. She broke the British S6 100m Breaststroke record 4 times and the European S6 100m Breaststroke Record 3 times. Maisie is in fact just 4/100ths of the S6 World Record.
