Online Payments and ParentPay
Wollaston School uses an online payment system, ParentPay, for anything purchased from us such as trips, lunch money, uniform and music lessons.
At the beginning of the each academic year new parents will receive by post their unique username and password for ParentPay with instructions on how to activate your account. We can also send this information out at any time of the year to any Parent who has not yet set up ParentPay, if you would like this information sending to you please email us at wol-finance@wollaston-school.net
Please note that when parents use ‘ParentPay’ to pay for visits that take place out of school, this will be regarded as parental consent for your child to take part in the visit. We will, of course, provide parents with further details and ask parents to provide supplementary information for trips of a longer nature.
ParentPay is a very user friendly system, however, should you need any help at all please email wol-finance@wollaston-school.net and we will be happy to assist. This email address can also be used for any queries relating to financial issues at Wollaston or questions about student accounts.
Although the easiest way for you to top up your child’s lunch card in online via ParentPay, we have a machine on site that can be used to top up a Students lunch card using cash, this is situated outside the Main Hall. Lunch money balances can be checked on these machines. Our preference is for students not to carry cash, but appreciate in these busy times it is sometimes more convenient for them to use this machine. The machines operate before and after school, and at break and lunch.
Wollaston School – Facilities to Hire
It is not just the pupils at Wollaston School that benefit from the superb facilities here. The school has spacious buildings and extensive grounds and, as part of the commitment to the community, the school is always delighted for private groups, local organisations and companies to take advantage of a number of its facilities. Please note that these facilities are not available for private parties or private functions.
If you are a sports or leisure group, or another organisation and would like to take advantage of our lettings facilities, please email your requirements to lettings@wollaston-school.net and our team will be happy to firstly check availability and then discuss our T&C’s and hire costs with you. When emailing your requirements please remember to include enough time to set up and pack away.
