Monday 31st January 2022

I am pleased to announce that students’ formal certificates for June 2021 GCSE examinations have now been sent to school by the examination boards and are available for collection by students.  It is vital that students keep these documents in a safe place, as there may be several occasions in the future when they are asked for original certificates to prove their qualifications. It is often a time-consuming and costly process to acquire replacements from the examination boards who publish them.

It is a tradition at Wollaston School for us to formally recognise all of our Year 11 students’ achievements at a GCSE awards evening and to recognise outstanding achievement and commitment by students in individual academic subject disciplines during their time in years 10 and 11.  It therefore gives me great pleasure to invite you to a formal GCSE awards evening on Monday 31st January 2022 in our main hall, starting at 6.45pm.

The format of the evening will be for all students to formally receive recognition of their achievements. This will be followed by Academic Excellence and Commitment Awards.  It is, of course, also an excellent opportunity for us to catch up with those students who have left Wollaston School and to find out how they have been getting on in the next step in their careers.

If you would like to attend this event, please book your tickets by visiting www.wollastonschool.eventbrite.com and select ‘GCSE Awards Evening 2022’ or contact Miss Annabelle White on 01933 663501.
