Collecting your Results

Results will be available to collect in school on results days - more information to follow.

If you are unable to collect your results in person, you can nominate someone but we must have your authorisation in writing - even if it is a parent!

Alternatively, results will be made available on Edu Link on results days.

Understanding your Results

Enquiries About Results (EAR): If you were disappointed with your grade and you were close to the grade boundary, you can request to have a paper re-marked by asking the exams officer.  If your University place relies on your grade and you want to get it re-marked (Priority EAR) you must do this with 1 week of getting your results or you will miss the opportunity.

The cost of an EAR is approximately £50.00, The cost of a Priority EAR is approximately £65.00, both are payable on request by the candidate.

Understanding GCSE grades

The Department of Education has issued guidelines to support parents and students. It breaks down the new grading system and gives the new scale with some context with regard to the old A-G grades.
